Christina and Joe were just one of the lucky couples who won a spot in our 2009 Summer Engagement contest that we held a couple of months ago. In his proposal, Joe filled a room with red balloon’s and one white one where he hid Christina’s engagement ring.. it was a super sweet story.
So on my way out to the session, I thought “Hey… I need a red balloon to incorporate into these shots”, the only problem was.. where to find helium balloon’s at such a short notice. So I hit the first dollar store I found and voila!, they did helium balloons… SCORE! Christina was VERY moved with the gesture, and that couldn’t of made me happier.

Time was quickly running out, and the sun was dropping by the second. We ran up to my favorite spot overlooking the falls and the sun was SO BRIGHT! Hands down, these are the best silhouttes I’ve ever captured… such a romantic moment.
