Here is Newborn Photography Baby Kai blog post! I first meet newborn baby Kai’s mom and dad at their maternity session at the beach! It was such a great session, and I was definitely looking forward to meeting newborn baby Kai. Mom and Dad brought along Winston, their dog, the first born, for their maternity session and of course he had to be a part of newborn photography baby Kai session as well! He no doubt is going to be an excellent big brother!
Kai’s mom told me that her name in Hawaiian means ocean, so we incorporated some soft blues into both the maternity and newborn sessions. Mom also brought along a few props to incorporate into newborn photography baby kai session. Including the circus book, and the puppy hat. I always encourage families to bring along any props that mean something to them. Sometimes I may not be able to use them for safety reasons, or if the clothes are too big, but I will do my best to incorporate whatever I can into the newborn session, or any session for that matter. Another prop that was for dad was the football, jersey and trophy! I think this photo turned out great, and dad was pretty happy with it too!
