Jasmine contacted me rather late for her Studio Maternity Session. Usually I photograph Maternity Sessions from weeks 32 to 36, and Jasmine was at 38 when I spoke with her. So we found a time to fit her in for Studio Maternity Session which happened to be on Valentine’s Day! So I of course had to get an awesome crimson red maternity dress for her special Valentine’s Day Studio Maternity Session.
It is very hard to believe that Jasmine is 38 weeks, she has such a tiny little belly! I can’t wait to meet baby! I had such a great time with this studio maternity session, as I actually don’t often do indoor maternity sessions it usually is outdoor maternity sessions, so it was such a nice change. It was also the first time doing a studio maternity session since I change the colour of the walls, and I have to say I am so happy that I did, I just love the bright clean pure look that it gives. The colour before was nice too, but was darker and warmer. I like to change things up every so often.
I had to get a little creative with this session because dad is super tall, and I of course am very short! But he was very accommodating in getting into so slouchy positions to get amazing shots! I just love they way their love, and the love for the baby shines through in all their photos! This little bean is going to so lucky to have such great parents!
All the dresses that are in this post are all dresses that I have for moms to be to use. The red one was on loan though, but all the other ones are Gibson Photography Props. And I just loved that red dress, so I think it will be making an appearance sometime soon!
