Danielle and Michael had a beautiful morning brunch wedding. I was so honoured to capture their Holcim Waterfront Estate Wedding Photography. It really is such a beautiful venue with an amazingly gorgeous property. I love photographing weddings at Estates, like at the Doctor’s House Wedding. We started the day off taking family photos bright and early, with the ceremony starting afterwards at 11:00 am. Their ceremony was in the back behind the Holcim Waterfront Estate overlooking the beautiful water. It definitely helped that it was such a nice sunny warm September day! After the ceremony we took the time to take photos of the wedding party and the Bride and Groom, and then they joined the rest of their guests for a lovely brunch.
We have done a few brunch weddings, which seem to be becoming more popular. They often occur on a Sunday, but we have also had Friday and Saturday brunch weddings as well! The Holcim Waterfront Estate was a perfect venue allowing for all the formal wedding photos to be taken on the property while the guests enjoyed cocktails and a photo booth by MAD Productions in Stoney Creek. Photo Booths are also becoming another very popular wedding tradition for your guests to enjoy.
Danielle and Michael are such a sweet couple! And their family was equally as sweet. Danielle and Michael had so many great touches throughout their wedding. I thought the bride and groom bears were so cute! I also loved their guest signature board. A unique way to have your guests document their attendance on your wedding day. Their wedding favours were these cute little dog and cat cookies. They are animal lovers and made donations to the SPCA. The cake was so unique with the large ring on top, simple and classy! All the details of their wedding came together beautifully making for a perfect wedding day from start to finish.
