I had the great pleasure of meeting Lise and Brian at their home in Campbleville, Ontario for their Maternity Photography Burlington session. Their property offered an amazing backdrop for their maternity photography session. With lots of cool little details. They had lots of old rustic fences, a grey coloured shed with some amazing large trees all around the property. A few of my favourite things about photographing on their property, they had a super fun treehouse that little Simon is going to have so much fun playing on! They also had Christmas lights that light up the property. By doing it at their home we also were able to attempt to incorporate their two dogs, although they didn’t want to participate really. At least we got a couple photos with them.
Lise and Brian first met me at Lise’s cousin, Mary’s, wedding in June. Then again we met at Babyfest at BabiesRus in Burlington, Ontario. I participate in BabiesRus’ Babyfest a couple times a year at their location at Appleby Line and Dundas in Burlington, Ontario. So I was very honoured when they contacted me to do their maternity and newborn photography session.
Lise and Brian wanted to incorporate a few special things into their maternity session, which included a pumpkin and the Dr. Suess Book, Baby, The Places You’ll Go! I just love that book, and I too also received it as a gift when I was pregnant with my first child. The pumpkin was great because they were pregnant during the fall. Actually Lise and Brian’s Maternity Session was on Halloween! I do love when my parents have a few ideas they would like to incorporate into their session. It makes it extra special to them to personalize some of their maternity photography burlington, ontario session.
I think what Lise and Brian are wearing go so well together, and actually received inquiries asking where Lise had bought her shirt!
