With the permission from my same sex clients, Michelle and Lindsey, I am sharing their interesting, parenting journey storey!
In the first place, I photographed Lindsey and Michelle’s Wedding in 2017 at The Lakeview, Hamilton, Ontario. They contacted me in July 2020 letting me know they had a baby boy! Of course, I was so excited for them! Lindsey carried Hudson. Moreover, Lindsey was inseminated with donor sperm.
Again, in 2023, Linsey and Michelle contacted me. Wherein they advised me they were having a baby girl this time! As a matter of fact, when they arrived for their Toronto & Burlington newborn photography session, they shared their story with me! Lindsey carried Kinsley, but she is not biologically her child. On the contrary, Lindsey was implanted Michelle’s eggs and another sperm don0r. This is so cool! Accordingly, this family is one unit, however, with two completely different pregnancy stories!
This lovely family has an amazing story to tell about how they became a family! In fact, of course I am so honoured to be a part of sharing and telling their storey through photos!
